If the terminal is operating in the RO or KSR state with memory board,
do not power down terminal or messages stored in memory will be lost.
Refer to station SOP for proper changing procedures.
NOTE
If the terminal is operating in ICT state, it must first be placed in the
PARAMETER System Command by doing the following:
