. Check that the ribbon is feeding properly by observing ribbon spool movement.
When closing the Keyboard/Dustcover Assembly make sure POWER switch
linkage actuator arm is connected (see part 8 of Troubleshooting Table ).
Close Dustcover Assembly and secure latches.

Turn POWER OFF
Remove the copyholder (if attached)
to prevent damage.
Release and lower dustcover.

a. To remove lamp
Press lamp down into socket.
Rotate lamp one-half turn counterclockwise.
Remove lamp from holder.
