NOTE

Initially, when the system enters the ICT state, the terminal is at Systems Command level.
There are nine System Commands available to the operator as shown below. All nine of
the System Commands may be entered from this level.
(1) The terminal notifies the operator that the system is in the System Command level and
ready to receive commands by issuing the System Command level prompt sequence of
CR/2LF @ CR/2LF.
